Is a single-stage pump good enough for a new install?
It’s best suited to service work and small systems. For commissioning new installs where you need a deep, fast vacuum, pair it with a micron gauge or choose a two-stage pump such as the Bradley VP150S.
Does it come with a battery?
No. It takes any Makita 18V lithium-ion battery. Run time of about 120 minutes is based on a new 5.0Ah battery.
What’s included for mains power?
A dedicated AC adapter is supplied, so you can run the pump without a battery in the workshop or on site.
